High-Tech “Clean Me”?

I thought this was an interesting scene. The truck, presumably, distributes laundry detergent. Nevertheless, with the word “Wash” emblazoned all over its outside, the truck reminds me of dusty vehicles, on which people have written “clean me” with their fingers – only this time, the “clean me” has a nice paint job with fancy decals. Also note the foreground, where people are purchasing vegetables from a donkey cart.
