I just consolidated my digital music collection from the computer I used in college and the computer I’ve used recently. All audio files got dumped onto my
iPod. The result was quite an eclectic mélange of media.
Selections from the W-Z section alone include compositions by Kris Kross, Johann Sebastian Bach and Johnny Cash; swing, heavy metal and an entire book of the Bible in French.

I was wondering if you had used your iPod yet...now I know that you've put it to good use!
What do you want for Christmas this year? Love ya!
i like the word "melange". does the period go inside or outside the quotes in the above sentence? Usually it goes inside, but in this case, I'm not certain.
Also, the song "Baby, it's cold outside" scared me when it started. but i liked it.
That’s an excellent question, Karin, and one with which I, too, once grappled. The short answer is simple: It depends on whether you’re American or British. In American English, the period belongs inside the quotation marks. In British English, the converse is true.
In general, I’ve decided to align myself with the British in my writing. For further information on this subject, I would direct you click here or here.
