Fluffy Decorative Plant

I took a pretty picture and wondered what it was. One person called it “fluffies.” Another called it a “decorative plant.” Still another called it “pampass grass.”

I think the last person was closest to the truth – just a teeny misspelling. I might get into trouble if I titled my post “Pampass Grass,” so “Fluffy Decorative Plant” it is!
