It may not be explosive, but that much peanut butter still has 42,000 calories. That's about the same amount of energy as 49 kilowatt-hours of electricity or 1.33 gallons of gasoline. Incidentally, 1.33 gallons of gas should be able to move an average car at least 26.2 miles.
